UNSOLICITED SUBMISSIONS
ABKCO appreciates hearing from customers, fans and product users. We welcome comments regarding ABKCO’s product and services. However, as a company policy, neither ABKCO, nor any of its employees, accept or consider unsolicited ideas or work product, including screenplays, story ideas, musical compositions, artwork, master recordings, proposals, ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, innovative or improved products or technologies, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not send any original creative artwork, suggestions or other works to ABKCO. ABKCO wishes to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes claiming that ABKCO’s works or marketing strategies are similar to ideas submitted to ABKCO. Therefore, please do not send your unsolicited ideas or work product to ABKCO or anyone associated with ABKCO. Notwithstanding this policy, should anyone send unsolicited materials to ABKCO containing ideas or work product of any kind, the following ‘Terms of Idea Submission’ shall apply to such unsolicited idea/work product submission:
UNSOLICITED SUBMISSIONS
By sending ABKCO any information or material, you grant ABKCO an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information, and you also agree that ABKCO is free to use all concepts without obligation to you.
You agree that:
- Your ideas and work product will automatically become the property of ABKCO, without any compensation to you.
- ABKCO may use the ideas and work product for any purpose and in any way and even transfer the ideas and work product to others.
- ABKCO will have no obligation to return your idea or work product to you or respond to you in any way.
- ABKCO will have no obligation to keep your ideas and work product confidential.
